I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intercom (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2021
Interview
First call with a recruiter, then a writing assignment and then a call with a manager. Good communication from recruiter and fast process when moving to the next steps. Each call is usually about 30-60 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intercom (Sydney)
Interview
I had to pass the video screening. I then spoke to the recruiter and went in to meet the manager and associate manager. I then had to do a 2 hour online interview with technically 4 interviewers (half an hour with each) and there were 5 people shadowing.
The best bit was meeting everyone. The workers seemed happy and the workplace looked great and whoever I met or smiled at seemed friendly. The recruiter-based in the U.S-was exceptional. However the process was too long and the 2-hour online interview was not conducive to a full-time worker's schedule. I disliked the video screening. I was told I'm not ready for Intercom just yet and to keep on applying but I don't think I will.
