I applied online, which was easy. About 3 weeks later I got an email from the recruiter, who only had availability for an initial interview 2 weeks later. I chose the earliest available spot as I was interested. She sent me an invite for a 30 mins slot with a meet link, I joined the call on the day and no one else joined. Then 7 minutes later she called me on my phone instead. Rushed through questions and unfortunately I had only time for one question of my own as she was booked back to back and didn't want to be late for her next meeting, which is great though I wished she had extended that courtesy to me. She said she would get back to me the following week. Over 3 weeks later she emailed saying the position had pivoted and I no longer fit the profile. Obvs I didn't hold my breath after the 'interview' Overall one and a half months to just do the initial screening. It's not serious or professional
