We briefly discussed the job description, my experience, and the next steps in the hiring process. Afterward, we agreed I would take a logic test, which didn't seem directly related to the role's responsibilities. It appears they prefer candidates to pass this assessment before moving forward.

This is a company to avoid - after reading all the controversies about the CEO, I was terrified. Also, when listening how he talks about hiring only young people because older may have children and won't spend considerably more than 8 hours per day on working.

Interview process was friendly but long. 4 interviews before hire with many different people. All interviews I connected with were nice though and there is a focus on tech knowledge, but also a lot on soft skills and adaptability.
