Interview
Recruitment: Meet with HR on Google Meet to discuss your interest in applying, the skills required for the role, the job description, and my skills. Some simple behavioural questions like how do you meet KPI in your current job.
We connected via LinkedIn chat and had an initial phone call, though we had originally planned for a video call. We briefly discussed the job description, my experience, and the next steps in the hiring process. Afterward, we agreed I would take a logic test, which didn't seem directly related to the role's responsibilities. It appears they prefer candidates to pass this assessment before moving forward.
This is a company to avoid - after reading all the controversies about the CEO, I was terrified. Also, when listening how he talks about hiring only young people because older may have children and won't spend considerably more than 8 hours per day on working.

Question 1
They want to learn about their values but they have no values. There is no life-work balance and people who interviewed me were very stressed. I was told there are a lot of challenges - every day - especially because of the return of CEO.
Interview process was friendly but long. 4 interviews before hire with many different people. All interviews I connected with were nice though and there is a focus on tech knowledge, but also a lot on soft skills and adaptability.
