Well thought out from start to finish. The guys went out of there way to keep you firmly within your comfort zone so you could perform at your best in each stage of the interview process. The questions were varied and interesting. They are thorough and clearly have a very high standard that they don't compromise on. The emphasis really is in the detail and it all seems to be designed specifically to remove bias and unnecessary distraction. There were 4/5 dimensions to the interview process which were not difficult but required you to demonstrate you are a creative and dynamic thinker as well as technically proficient.
