During my interview with the Community Manager, she focused primarily on my customer service experience, how I handle different customer situations, and my approach to providing excellent service. There are 2 interviews: phone screening and interview with the manager. The phone screening was done online, the interviewer was asking basic questions. You will get notified if you pass this phone screening and get invited to offline interview with the manager. The interview was more like a discussion. The manager would explain about the company and the role, and we would be asked to explain our past experiences and how it would align with the role.
