The same day as I applied, the recruiter sent me information about the process and asked to arrange a phone call. We had a nice chat over the phone the same day and she informed me that the manager with my language will reach out to check my language skills. I talked to the manager who asked me regarding my cv, experiences, some situation scenarios and how I would handle it. The recruiter reached out to me after I talked to the manager and said there was very positive feedback and asked me to come to the office for interview.
