Interview
The interview process consisted of a number of 1 on 1 teams calls. I had a call with my new manager, his direct manager and the HR lead recruiting the position to discuss the position, the company and my fit to the position as well as the usual discussion over my skill sets. The main interview with my new manager consisted of discussing my work on a use case they provided which related to the position. This was a very good discussion over choices I had taken and explaining what I had proposed as a solution.
