Interview secured through a recruiter. 3 stage interview: Teams Call with HR, Teams call with Team Manager and 2h in-person interview with the Manager and the team. This was followed up by a telephone conversation with further questions.

Interview
The interview was a well structured 4 stages process which I found quite useful and interesting.
First was a scenario based tasks to fill in and send back to the recruiter.
Then a phone interview with the hiring manager and another 2 separate interviews on the same day with the Lead BA and the other BA's that I would be working closely with.
Finally was a final chat with the hiring manager.
This was the longest interview stages I've had so far. However, it was a very effective and suitable as it gave the team and I the opportunity to determine if we were going to be the right fit and work well together.
