it was a relatively quick and easy process, only took about 15-20 min and they were nice
it was mostly about attitude rather than skills etc. looking for positivity and proactiveness
Unfortunately it was a disorganized process with many errors from scheduling to offer letter. The process took weeks to interview with just 2 people. The hiring manager didn’t have a clear scope of work.

Interview
At the beginning, very corteous emails. Easy interview scheduling. Then no shows to scheduled interviews. No follow-up, and when you ask questions, the role is no longer available. Very disappointing candidate experience.
