Intralinks Principal Product Manager interview questions

Contacted by a recruiter within a couple of days of submitting my resume. Recruiter scheduled an initial phone screen which he cancelled abruptly the da prior, but rescheduled for the next week. He was then 15 minutes late for the call. During the call he kept making noises as if he had allergies and or bad cold, and never excused himself. I one point he dropped his phone and I could hear him typing but he did not respond to questions. All this was excusable, but he seemed to lack basic knowledge of the role he was screening me for. It was the worst phone screen I have ever had.
