Interview
Teams call with member of HR. Very personable, described the interview process and who they were looking for. Puts you in the best place to interview with a panel. Followed by Panel interview with Team lead and peer, interview lasted 1.5 hours even though was only scheduled for 1 hour. Very good discussion, one of the first questions they ask is who you are as a person rather than diving straight into the role, which puts you at ease. Asked mainly around CV, experience and really try to assess whether you would be a good fit for the role
