Interview
Just a waste of time. Most interviewers had less experience than me. Even some of them had no idea in some special areas what I also work in but always had an argument (mostly wrong). For instance, one engineer claimed a max. frequency of a MCU that I have been using for 2-3 years and currently working on but he was wrong. However I couldn’t convinced him. Being able to say “I don’t know” isn’t that bad, in fact a great merit.

Take home design challenge followed by presentation on previous research project followed by 5 1-on-1 technical interviews. Couple other small 1-on-1s. About 5 interviews all together over about 2 months.
