I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Iron Mountain (Boston, MA) in Jul 2009
Interview
Interview process was very slow; the recruiter was a temp, the recruiter knew very little about the position. In person interview was with couple of other engineers who were on their way out the door, the manager who interview was asking questions he did not even understanding how to ask. I was a joke; my bad should have known then what I was getting myself into.

Interview
It's very nice and they have 1st round from HR,then technical, then 3rd round manager and then on-site and finally senior manager/directior.
Overall int process is very standard ,but they will take time since too many round one after another .And also HR communicate properly and will have nice discussion. They will take all round face to face as they will not prefer telephonic mostly

Interview
alright, smooth. there were 5 rounds. twice with HR, 3 times with managers/ skill set relevance. HR rounds are very easy. Technical questions depend on one's experience and background. Negotiations to be done while salary discussions as they hardly increase pay afterwards
