I was initially contacted by a recruiter for this role through LinkedIn for the Tampa office and went through three rounds of interviews. The first was a preliminary call with the recruiter went well, followed by a second interview with one of the managers which also went well. The final round was a recap of my experience along with an onsite role-play/mock demo. Overall, the process was straightforward, and the recruiter was professional. However, the final interview felt awkward. Both on site hiring managers seemed disengaged, smirking at each other and making odd facial expressions as if they were in on some inside joke while typing their notes on a laptop. It gave me the impression that they had already made up their minds not to move forward with my candidacy but still went through the motions as a formality. While the structure of the process was clear from the beginning the unprofessional demeanor in the last round left a negative impression of the company and culture. It’s disappointing when candidates put in the effort, only to feel like they weren’t taking the interview seriously and that the decision was already made before the interview even finished. I am glad we did not align on this role even more after reading some of the reviews about company culture.

2 process, very smooth and relaxing process. The first interview was focused around me, who I am, the work I’ve done. 2nd interview was a discovery call role play, about 20-30 minutes role play.

Probably one of the worst interview experience I've ever had. It was the second stage and one of the managers wasn't paying attention, kept interrupting me, and wouldn't let me finish my answers. You could tell he just always has an attitude. My first thought was "if I were to get hired, there is no way I'm working under this guy". If a company treats you like that during the interview process, the actual working environment would be 10 times worse.
