I was contacted by a recruiter and had a phone interview which lasted all of 10 minutes. Was contacted 3 days later by HR to schedule a 1 on 1 interview with 2 department managers which took place 6 days later. The interview, to me, went more like a conversation because the managers made me feel so comfortable. Anyway, the interview was on a Thursday, and by Monday afternoon I was offered the job which was contingent on passing a drug test and background check. I completed the online form for the background check and took the drug test on Tuesday and 4 days later I am just waiting on the offer letter.
