Applied online 2x HR rep interviews 2X Manager level interviews There is no discussion about availability for interviews. HR sends emails with time and date of interview with 0 flexibility. Do it their way, accept the time or move on/withdrawal. HR texts you on personal numbers as well. 4x this was done. The organization wants you to complete a 10 year background check, employment history, salaries, education, providing taxation documents, previous hire contracts, resignation letters etc… contact details for 10 years of employers so they can contact employers, none of this is explained upfront. Proceed if you want Iron Mountain to know all of your intimate details.

Very easy 1st recruiter for IRM vetted me then I receive 1 virtual interview and was offered the Job within a few days, was given a start date for training but had a trip planned. I let them know about my upcoming trip and was offered to begin another training session
