Simple questions. A lot of hemming and hawing. They mentioned a really below market salary. I got bored and left the interview early. Not really sure what else to say.

Other Senior Developer Interview Reviews for Iron Mountain
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Iron Mountain (Warsaw, Masovia) in Apr 2023
Interview
Very unprofessional interview. It has two stages - HR call and tech call. On HR call you cannot get to know anything like what this position is about, no details about tech team, no HR specific details as well. After interview you get document with survey where they ask e.g. your current salary. Tech interview has some questions about projects and some react and typescript questions. Some live coding is done in teams chat (sic!) and some of the code samples had mistakes. You are expected to had turned on camera but one of interviewer had camera off. Of course no feedback.
