I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Iron Mountain in Feb 2010
Interview
Was hired through the head of HR. A guy who has no idea on what he is talking about. Even the other people I met were junior and made a show....but no real competency. Asking them questions result in "ahhh ahhh ahhhh ahhhh"....
Advice....Show yourself and ask questions...Iron Mountain hiring managers and HR people dont know anything...as their are 100% incompetent
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Iron Mountain (Séouléo)
Interview
First Interview was done with the recruiter which was absolutely wonderful as the person only asked me questions in relation to the role and highly spoke of my work experience. Second Interview - The worst interview ever It only took 5 minutes to talk about myself and they didn't even ask me about what I did in the past and do currently. The manager seemed to be more interested in my personal life, such as age, marital status and even my parents' occupation ( Still unsure what's got to do with the candidacy for the role) The salary presented was average but below average in regards to its size and revenue. From other websites, the company has a very high turnover in the office, which I completely understand where they are coming from. The head of sales also called himself that he was basically the owner and told me about his past career, how fluent his English was instead of asking questions for assessing my candidacy.
