Interview
It took two people to schedule the interview and it was unclear who was taking lead and who was the recruiter. I was ghosted after the first interview with the HM.
Applied online and was invited to an interview screen the following week.
The times to speak were very odd and largely very early in the morning US, EST. I figured the recruiter was based in Europe, which they were (UK).
Conversation was pretty basic for 30 minutes. It was unclear what they were really seeking in filling the role. Company seemed pretty standard and dull.
They conveyed a very long timeline for communicating back and they ended up reposting the role online two weeks after my conversation. I am not planning on reapplying.

Interview
Began with a phone interview with recruiter. She did not seem to know much about the company itself - could not answer questions pertaining to benefits, for example. When in for a one on one and a lot of the questions were focused around the personality test results. Not many difficult questions were asked.
