Interview
I strongly believe Itron should prioritize evaluating the performance of its technical interviewers. They serve as the company's primary interface with potential candidates, and their effectiveness directly impacts the candidate experience and overall hiring decisions.
In my recent interview process, the first technical round proved to be an encouraging experience. The questions closely aligned with the job description and my outlined skills, ensuring a fair and focused assessment.
However, the second technical round fell short of expectations. The questions deviated significantly from the job description, and the interviewer's communication style created confusion and ambiguity. Despite offering correct answers with supporting evidence, I received a rejection, which raised concerns about the interviewer's potential biases and objectivity.
