Interview was simple. First met HR, then team. Worked as a temp until Mickey's interview. He has final say on whether you get officially hired but booking time with him takes a couple of months, by this point you lose some interest because you have to wait so long to meet him and then only if he likes you, then you fill out all the paperwork. You can't get health benefits until you are permanent. This is so dragged on.
