I responded to a craigslist posting. They asked if I had retail experience. They said bring my resume. I had 2 interviews back to back. It was pretty fast paced and straight forward. they asked why I want to work there. where I worked before, standard interview questions. Tell about a difficult time with a customer. tell about a good manager or leader. What are my strengths and weaknesses.

If I could work anywhere in the world where would that be? They asked what kind of work I want to do. Also if I was available holidays and overnight.
I filled out an application, a day later I received a call from the hiring manager. We scheduled an in person interview, it was super chill. They offered me the position right away, I told them that I will give 24 hrs to respond. I chose not to take the position due to personal matters.
I walked in the store and asked for an interview and a few days alter I met with the store director one-on-one after getting a phone call. Then I was asked questions about my availability and I was hired. They seemed to think I was a good fit, I had dressed up well and J.Crew clothing, so I was hired quickly.
