The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.D. Irving (Saint John, NB)
Interview
The interview process was straightforward. I had to give a pre-recorded interview where I was asked two questions on my education and why im interested in the company. Then, the second stage was with a recruiter. . The final stage was with the HR director. the interviews themselves only last like 15 minutes each and they got back to me within a week or two after each interview

Question 1
Some of the questions were similar to the first stage and they also asked some "what would you do in this situation" type questions. They're just trying to see if you have the soft skills to fit in with their team and from what I've heard they don't have any technical questions in the interview. The final stage interview is also similar to the initial stage where they just ask a question like "why did you pick your major" and some other simple questions about yourself.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J.D. Irving (Fredericton, NB) in Feb 2023
Interview
It was a in-person interview with an engineer and HR manager. The interview took place over 45 or so minutes and the process proceeds like any other interview. They place an emphasis on collaborative skills and personal work ethic. Fun people and felt like a conversation between friends at times.
