Very immature and inexperienced HR to handle salary Negotiations. Cleared all interview rounds with Hiring Managers. In the last HR asked my salary expectations. I asked a few questions along with my Salary expectations. Instead of answering back my clarifications, the HR took it personally and devalued my experience to one level lower role. Strange after applying for higher role. Finally rejected me on grounds of asking a few valid questions. Only junior HR discussed..maybe some early 20s hiring for senior roles. No senior HR involved.
