Applied through career services at my school in October. Didn't hear anything from them until I got a phone interview in April. Interviewed with an associate. Got the offer two days later.
Mostly behavioral questions (ex. Why JPMorgan?, Why did you choose finance? What is one goal you had this year? Describe a time when you worked on a team.) and basic accounting (ex. Name some asset accounts, what should the company do with dividends, etc.).
