Initial phone screening with HR. Short call. Asked about salary expectations, which were lower than what I was looking for so decided not to move forward.
I also asked about another position that I applied for. The HR manager was nice enough to tell me that they had a lot of qualified candidates for that role and that they would not be moving forward with my application.
