I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Bengaluru) in Mar 2016
Interview
1st round was with an ED who asked analytical questions to check aptitude and problem solving skill set.
2nd round was with the hiring manager, an ED and discussion was about my skill set and matching it with the requirement JP Morgan has.
3rd round was technical with a senior architect.
4th round was with a another ED to understand my fitment to their LoB.
5th round was with another ED from Scotland and was a combination of technical and managerial.
6th round was with HR
The HR later called to understand the compensation and told to come back with offer letter details. 2 weeks later, no progress, no offer letter and the Naukri consultant told me that my candidature is on hold.
