I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Bengaluru) in May 2013
Interview
There was a written round, managerial round, group discussion round with the panel of interviewers and a HR round cum a technical round. The judgement happened at each and every one of the rounds mentioned above. The questions asked, in my opinion were one of the simplest interview questions that I have ever come across. But I feel that the interviewers were judging more on the style of answering the questions that were being asked by them to each of the interviewees
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan
Interview
Two 30 minute interviews. One was more behavioral and one was slightly more technical but still behavioral. Felt very conversational and was an overall easy interview. I applied through the career fair in September, had my interview scheduled in mid October, and called to receive an offer 3 days after my interview.
