Three rounds of interviews: the first one is a general video interview in Yello (their portal), the second one is a phone interview, and the final round is a 2 hrs interview consisting of a 1-hour group discussion & 2 one-on-one interviews, 30 mins each.
I got rejected in the final round, which was fine, but then I applied for the same role in another office. They took forever to respond to my video interview, and then they invited me for a phone interview. I connected with the recruiter & they said the managers would phone me (without any appointment whatsoever). They actually did phone me ONCE; at the time, I could not answer, and I emailed them if we could arrange the interview at another time. No replies and the rejection e-mail came a few days later.This is upsetting, because I understand how busy they may be, but I feel that this was inconsiderate/unprofessional, almost.

Hirevue and it was pretty hard not gonna lie. But it’s understandable given the size of the firm. They take a while to get back to you but don’t ghost like some firms.
