Interview
Long and drawn out due to the bureaucracy. Multiple trips and appointments in different offices on the same day as well as a number of days. Most interviewers were not particularly well prepared.

The series were of interviews were fairly vanilla balancing between business and technical.
The whole process went pretty smoothly and quick. 3 rounds of interviews with different levels of colleagues in that firm. Ask about previous experience and behavior questions. Interviewers are nice and respected my time
Met with the senior members of the deal and then junior members. Was really focused on getting to know each other and industry knowledge, relevant transaction experience and what I did on each transaction.

Easy technical interview in 1st round but did not get much feedback when rejected. Most likely better candidates. Asked for feedback but did not get any response in return. interviewer did not get into any details.
