Interview
First round phone interview and then the face to face on site interview. I would like to say it is quite normal. Mostly about your team work experience. Some maybe related to your favorite leader. They ask base on your resume and digging into to it base on your response... Thus don't try to fake anything . Just say i don't know if you really don't know or don;t have any expereience regarding that

How you deal with a teammate if he has none passion to work?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Bournemouth, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
The two-stage interviews were nice and relaxed on Zoom with simple technical and career progression questions. A very friendly Hiring Manager and Director. However, the negative rating is for HR stringing me along by taking a week between each reply, due to not knowing any of the application process + details.
Also, only declined as the resulting offer was very uncompetitive with no negotiation.
