Interview
Apply online, hirevue, superdays. Mix of behavioral and technicals. Interviewers were tough but friendly, HR is great. Process is quick. Make sure u use the finance guides, read the news, know why finance, know the role u apply, learn all the securities
30 minute interview each with 3 different people (mostly associates, VPs). They were mostly behavioural and some motivational and little technicals. Some questions were repeated by different interviewers and they basically want to cover as many questions as possible by ticking criterion boxes.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you worked in a group, a challenge that came up and how did you overcome it?
If you pass the video interview, you will get invited to the Superday, which consists of three 1 to 1 individual interviews. Mostly behaviour and resume-related questions. Positive experience overall.
First hirevue, then went straight to Superday, had 3 interviews of 30 min each, different types of technicals mixed with behaviorals. Technicals ranged from current market questions to general finance knowledge to brain teasers.
