Sometimes you have to admit to yourself that it's your fault you did not get a job that you could have done very well, in a company that you would have enjoyed working for. This is the case with the job I interviewed at with JP. I totally fluffed the group interview by not treating it like the competency one it was! What the (&*(*& was I thinking????!!!!!! They gave good feedback but it was like hearing someone talk about someone else! Although, I did see how they would come to those conclusions. I don't want the readers of this review to make the same mistake, so I really advise you folks to hone your interview skills. The folks at JP want you to do well, are friendly etc. but it's better to listen to the question, pause for thought and then answer!! Use the STAR interview technique. Goodluck!
