2 Phone interviews followed by video conferencing with 3 managers. Next HR review.
Total 3-4 weeks until offer was given.
Back and forth on salary negotiations. Was offered 15% hike initially but increased it to 25%. No joining bonus and title remained same as previous company.

Went through multiple interviews and did receive a response. Managers who did the interview did not know the day to day work of the position. Most of the interview was people skills.
1st Phone Screening with HR, then a virtual Interview with the hiring manager, next I had a 2nd Virtual Interviews with the hiring managers supervisor. Once done with the interviewing process, I rendered my references and was submitted for a Drug screening.

Interview
Few rounds of interviews but decent speed in getting the offer extended. One round on finance and one round on systems and BA skills. Also one round of HR. Personally I enjoyed the interview process and learnt a few new things.
