Question 1
General Questions re job experience
After passing all of the stages was waiting for 2 weeks for being rejected, despite interviews were OK. NO feedback, no reasoning
3 weeks wasted - no idea why rejected - apply only if there are no other options
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (London, England) in Jul 2022
Interview
Hiring process involved 3 separate interviews all of which lasted 30-45 mins and a lot of my own time invested to prepare. It’s now been 7 weeks + since the final interview concluded and despite chasing twice I’m yet to receive any response, not even to tell me that I’ve not been successful. People invest significant time for these interviews, the least they could do is inform candidates at the end rather than ghost them entirely. Very poor.

HR, technical round 2 to 3 and it takes lot of time to finalize the process also depends on the requirement of the role and urgency associated with it.
financial company
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (London, England) in Oct 2021
Interview
I had a 1st stage interview with the recruiter. He said he'd put my application through to the hiring managers and get back to me within a few days. He did actually call me a few days later saying that the hiring managers 'loved' my application and that their 'Interview' team in India will arrange an interview with me in the next few days. I hadn't heard anything in over 3 weeks. I reached out to the recruiter via LinkedIn (as I didnt have his email address) and he told me that the hiring managers have decided to NOT interview me. He told me this via LinkedIn only once I had chased him. I find this very disrespectful and I'll ensure I NEVER apply for JP Morgan again.
