I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Mumbai) in Mar 2020
Interview
They were pretty chilled about it and were asking about the risks that i have taken and how i overcame my challenges during the start up.they asked some academic related questions too
it was an interview over video call with VP. overall, it was good but hard, specific questions. will drill into specifics in your resume, to make sure you really understand what you wrote.
Rigourous interview, grilled on technicals, study your resume well.
Focus on corporate finance and valuation fundamentals
Asked a lot about the deals I have worked on, know them through and through
Interview was ok. Some hard questions were asked but nothing too out of the ordinary. know why you want to do the job and why. Had time to ask questions and interviewers were polite.
