Pymetrics, standard HireVue, followed by face to face interviews with 2 full timers. One of the full timers had bad interviewing skills and was just reading questions off a checklist. Heck she even read out the instructions (meant for her), which was a first for me.
Afterwards HR also ghosted me even though they mentioned that an outcome will be known in 2 weeks. The least HR can do is to reject an applicant nicely given we also spend time to prepare and move our activities to attend the interview. Some mutual respect would be nice.
