Interview
When interviewed you can expect to meet peers and stakeholders. Its a great opportunity to see how you might fit with team culture. Each team seems to have a unique micro culture that isn't always aligned with the careers page values. Go into the interview with full transparency and share what your values are compared to trying to match to something you may have read about what the company is looking for. Be your authentic self because the company values diversity and that's a good thing.
The whole process went pretty smoothly and quick. 3 rounds of interviews with different levels of colleagues in that firm. Ask about previous experience and behavior questions. Interviewers are nice and respected my time
Met with the senior members of the deal and then junior members. Was really focused on getting to know each other and industry knowledge, relevant transaction experience and what I did on each transaction.
