Interview
I was an internal hire for the company. I excelled as a relationship banker for 3 years prior to the opportunity. I had made it known to my superiors it was a position I was interested in. Once the position became available, I got the first shot. It only took 1 interview with the district manager. The interview is pretty standard. A lot of character questions and role play.

Interview
I had an interview via zoom with 2 managers. They were very polite. They explained what the role was and asked if I had any questions. After that, they went straight to the STAR questions. They said they would get to me in a couple weeks with their decision. They came back with an offer but I turned it down due to another opportunity.
