I applied online. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Feb 2021
Interview
Two months process with 4 interviews both with the recruiting manager and other business areas. Long interview with the recruiting manager with detailed questions on motivation, current experience and HR competencies related. Interviews with other business areas mainly motivational. Final interview with HR on compensation package .
Awful follow-up where no deadline for HR reply on finalisation of contract was given. HR was approached again after 2 weeks, but the position was gone as it was implied that no reply meant no interest in the position. Recruitment manager was contacted for clarifications but a reply was never given.
Overall, very unprofessional follow-up after having received the offer.

Met with the senior members of the deal and then junior members. Was really focused on getting to know each other and industry knowledge, relevant transaction experience and what I did on each transaction.
