Nothing was unexpected. Questions were very behavioral with a few high-level industry questions. Interview process was more about fit than anything.
Process was three rounds. First two were back to back 30 minute interviews w VPs. Conversational in nature. 2nd was a 30 minute call with two MDs/Bankers. 3rd was double checking your interest in the role
