Interview
It was a 30 min phone interview and was highly technical focused on the oil and gas division. I did not feel like the pymetrics test played a role at all.

Tough, but do-able. 3 phone screens, one super day. Super day was 5 interviews back to back with all members of the team. Last round was with the team MD. Interviewers were generally friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Was generally a great experience.

Prepare a company pitch-book for show and tell with senior analysts. Company/sector is basically the hiring team's area. Other interview questions - explain several finance terms (e.g. DCF, FCFF, and also when to use one over the other, weaknesses of one over the other, etc.)

Hirevue then superday, with behavioral and technical questions and they let you know the results a few weeks after. Talk about your personal experiences and how it relates to the job.
4 rounds of 30 min one on one interviews, went from video interview to final round, no phone interview round final round wasn’t technical heavy, a lot of behaviorials and technicals related to past experiences
