I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Kanpur Nagar) in Dec 2018
Interview
2 rounds first round a guesstimate, resume walk through, what do you know about this role etc. Then in second round he asked about my next 5 years aspirations. Apart from that everything was chill, what I did wrong was not asking any thing back to them at the end.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Bengaluru)
Interview
It was a gender diversity drive. So lots of women came... maybe around 1000+. The HRs at the reception asked me to go the IT section, which was happening on another floor than the operational interviews.
I had to wait till 5 p:m & then only a handful were waiting like me for the 1st round! We realized that even the HRs were anout to pack up for the day,so we met an HR & informed of our situation. She informed us that all Bangalore panelists had left for the day, when we expressed our disgust & anguish over the process, she immediately contacted the Mumbai office when the last panelist was about to leave. The stopped him & my interview was taken. Finally!!!
It mostly centered around BA skills.
After a week or so, I got a call for F2F 2nd round with a Director. It was a managerial round. Questions like strengths & weaknesses were asked.
After about 2 weeks or maybe more, I got a call with the offer. It was too lesser than my expectations, so I declined point blank.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Hyderābād) in Aug 2017
