I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied through schools career sight. Had first round that was mostly behavioral and "why us?" type questions. Was asked to give summary of current market conditions and my projections for future market performance. Was contacted for super day about two weeks later. Questions were a mix of behavioral and market facing. Make sure to know the major trends in every single asset class (FX, IG, HY, etc.) and how you would position a portfolio for clients with various risk tolerances. I heard that I got the offer three days after the super day
