1 assessment centre: 2 interviews, 1 case study and presentation after People were generally friendly, they want to help you succeed. quite an enjoyable interview i found the presentation on the case study quite challenging, as I wasn't really sure what they were looking for in my answers

Online application asking relevant skills, about a recent article you read and how it relates to JP Morgan, no online testing, next was the assessment centre which was the most difficult part. First we sat down individually with someone who asked about motivation, skills, competency based questions, and then we had a group exercise. We were given many sheets of paper including example emails and information on different systems a company planned to adopt and were given about 30 mins to read it and plan. Then about 30 min to discuss with the group and decide on the best option. After we sat down individually with a team member of JP Morgan and they asked us several questions about the activity, asking how we felt we performed, what we would have done differently, what we thought was the best option.
