HR is not helpful or professional. When I requested for information about the role, the HR business partner did not have a clue nor was she interested in finding out the answer for the candidate. After 2 rounds of interviews, it just went silent for 4 weeks and only after repeatedly chasing HR did they reply with a non-informative response. I’ve read reviews before that the hiring process is unprofessionally managed and I can certainly agree to that. I’d rather that they were honest in providing timely feedback to say that I’m not the right fit rather than not providing any comms at all. A shame.. the people who interviewed me seemed like nice people to work with but the HR process that supports them is abysmally poor service.

Question 1
Competency based and also finding about motivation to work
The interview process was 3 rounds and one in person. They ask a lot of behavioral questions so definitely be prepared for that. The process is a screening, then with the manager, then with the hr.

I applied online. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Bangalore Rural)
Interview
There were five rounds in the interview process, including one HR round. First round was scheduled with the immediate supervisor (manager). Second round was with the Senior leader. Third round with Vice President. Once all the rounds are through, then final round was with the HR
Very lengthy and slow. It takes months to get interviews scheduled. Most of the time it gets rescheduled. Anyhow it works well, slow but not the case of “we will get back to you”. HR persons are responsive.
