The first round is a competency-based phone interview, which was about 15 mins long and the questions were mostly based on resume. After 3 days, HR sent me the email for invitation to the one-day assessment center (AC). The AC included one group case study and a 10 minute presentation, as well as two rounds of back-to-back interviews.
