Question 1
What leadership experience or extracurricular activity on your resume is most important to you and why?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Oct 2017
Interview
Started off with a phone screening with an analyst, very behavioral and looking for fit and a keen interest in the markets. Was asked why JPM, particular location, how do I keep up with current events, etc. Was notified the following week of an invitation to a virtual Superday
Superday consisted of 3 or 4 two-on-one interviews, lasting 30 minutes apiece. All were conversational and focused on introducing you to members of the firm, their jobs, and determining fit. Asked again about interest in the markets, a few firms I follow and some news regarding them. Final interview was more technical than the rest, but very conversational as well.
Fit is key, as is a true interest in what is going on in the world around you. The people at J.P. Morgan are truly top-flight, and they want to know you as an applicant well to see if you mesh well with the firm.

Question 1
What is a current event that you have been paying close attention to?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Hong Kong) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process was fairly professional. No phone interviews, only Superday event. The questions were relatively simple not technical at all. Have confidence and you should be fine. Also, I think JP morgan wants to see your perspective on different current event issues as well, as there is a case group presentation on superday about that.
