My first communication was via a telephone interview which was largely about getting to know me personally. The interviewer didn't ask any technical questions. About a week or two later I received an email and information on seeing up an in person interview. There were two interviewers. One mainly asked questions like "Tell me any a time when. .". The other was interested in getting to know my interest in the field.
