Interview process started off well at first but then took a turn for the worst. Here is the process that I encountered:
1) Phone interview w/recruiter
2) Phone interview w/hiring manager
3) In person interview w/hiring manager
4) Phone interview with hiring manager's boss
5) In person interviews with 4 associates
The reason why this process was unpleasant for me is because I was tole throughout the process about how I would be a good fit. Unfortunately, the 4 associates did not feel the same. I was shocked that I did not get offered the position bc I was friendly, knowledgable about the company's history and new events and I was more than qualified for the role. Also, they informed me that I was the top candidate for the role. At the end of each interview, I asked the interviewer " Are there any hesitations about my qualifications?" Each time I received the same answer which was "You did great and we really love your background." After a few weeks, I received the standard rejection email. I am a little disappointed because I expected the hiring manager to reach out to me personally and state that I did not get the role. After all, I did spend 2+ months on the entire process
